Acumen Employment Services HR Helpline

Upon joining the Acumen Helpline we will request a copy (electronic where possible) of all your employment documents such as contracts,
policies, procedures etc. One of our team of specialist lawyers will then review, and where necessary redraft, in consultation with yourselves
those documents to bespoke them to your business and bring them in line with current legislation.

You will also immediately been provided with a log in to our website, providing you with access to your updated employment documents,
standardised correspondence and documents for HR issues, statutory information such as redundancy calculator and key figures for
compensation limits together with up to date articles and FAQ's on all areas of employment law and HR matters.

You will have unlimited access to our telephone helpline service, where you will be able to consult with one of our team of specialist employment lawyers about all your HR issues. Where possible you will deal with the same solicitor to enable us to build a personal service with yourselves,
however in the event that somebody is not available, maybe due to a Tribunal appearance any of the solicitors in the team will be fully up to speed
with your businesses issues.

Health and Safety

A health and safety expert will visit your premises (timeframe) to fact find and identify the key areas of risk to your business by evaluating each
area of your business against a Compliance Audit Measurement (CAM) to build up a risk profile.

Within (Timeframe) a full report will be produced which will identify an action plan for you to follow to ensure that your business is brought up to
full compliance levels. The assessors will work with you to ensure that all documentation and systems are fully in place.

You will have 24/7 access to the health and safety helpline for any issues which arise and will be provided with updated reports for any changes
to health and safety legislation. Depending upon the needs of your business, with advice from the advisor you can opt for site visits during the
year from a health and safety consultant to ensure that all measures are being upheld.
